Glyph: Through Customs & On the Way
We’ve got an exciting milestone to share today.
The Glyph shipment has cleared U.S. customs and is now moving through the final logistics steps toward our fulfillment partner! This was one of the biggest hurdles in the international shipping process, so it’s a great moment for the project.
Fulfillment- next steps
Once the vessel arrives in the U.S., the process looks like this:
- The container is being unloaded at the UFL logistics facility yesterday
- It will start the journey from UFL to Fulfillment warehouses today
- Transit to Fulfilment warehouses typically takes ~2–3 days
- Fulfillment partner will then receive and sort the inventory into their system (usually about a day)
- Once that’s complete, orders will be ready to begin shipping to backers
We want to be transparent here: logistics can still have hiccups, so we’re intentionally not promising a hard ship date yet. Once the inventory has physically arrived at the Fulfillment Warehouses and been received into their system, we’ll be able to give everyone a firm timeline for shipments starting.
But getting through customs was a major step, and it means we’re officially in the home stretch!

Over the next day or so we will be freezing the backer survey that gets sent to the Fulfillment Warehouse.
If you have not provided your shipping address, please do so immediately via the Backer Survey that was sent to you.
Once the survey is frozen, address changes will need to go through Satisfye support directly.

Include the following information so the team can locate your order quickly:
- Your name
- Your Kickstarter profile name
- Your Kickstarter backer number
- The email address used for Kickstarter
- Your shipping address

Clearing customs and getting the shipment moving toward fulfillment means Glyph is finally approaching the finish line. As soon as the inventory lands with our Fulfillment Partner and we have confirmation from their system, we’ll post another update with exact shipping timing.
